Cub 300 – The $65,000 Difference:
Cub 300 dries crawl space in half the time and for thousands less than dehumidifiers

Cub 300 – The $65,000 DifferenceA couple of years ago, a frozen water pipe flooded the large crawl space under a Williston, ND, hotel. At that time, the restoration contractor charged with drying the space used conventional restoration tactics of dehumidifiers and air movers to dry the large, segmented space. It took more than 20 days and $90,000 to complete restoration efforts.

Earlier this year, that same hotel crawl space flooded a second time under the same ambient conditions. This time, restoration contractor Steam Brothers used its new Cub 300 air heater with air movers, and the restoration took only 11 days and cost just $23,000 to finish. full story>>

Hydronic Heat’s the Cure:
Wacker Neuson heating systems take the chill (and fear) out of cold-weather concreting

Hydronic Heat’s the CureHigh costs and quality concerns associated with cold-weather concreting applications are a thing of the past with hydronic heating systems from Wacker Neuson Climate Control. Our systems provide more uniform heat distribution than air heaters to properly cure concrete in freezing temperatures at a fraction of the cost.

While thawing ground using air heat may cost as much as $1.36 per ft3, the efficient Wacker Neuson hydronic system delivers rapid thawing capabilities for as low as $0.06 per cubic foot. When it comes to slab-on-grade and wall curing applications, contractors pay an average of $0.16 per square foot using hydronic heat, while it costs nearly four times as much using air heat. full story>>
