MC5200s quickly dry largest restoration project on the Coralville Strip
The historic 2008 flooding in Coralville, Iowa, left nearly 4.5 feet of floodwater in the first floor of the Heartland Inn for 10 days. After the waters receded, restoration contractor, Dream Steam, brought in two Dryvex MC5200s from Wacker Neuson Climate Control to quickly dry the 25,450 ft2 first floor in order to avoid secondary damage to the upper floors of the hotel. full

When a strip mall tenant moved up the opening of a new store in Kenosha, Wis., Pepper Construction had no choice but to pour the store’s concrete slab in the dead of winter. One Edmonton contractor used Wacker Neuson Pureheat™ hydronic air heaters to efficiently rise temperatures to 70° F inside the Edmonton Art Gallery during a renovation project.
